INOCUT – Cutting-Data 4.1.3

The INOCUT Cutting Data application offers precise starting point recommendations for cutting speeds and feeds, generated based on user selections made during its guided process.

Users are prompted to specify key parameters such as the type of material being machined, desired dimensions and geometric features, and whether to operate with metric or imperial units.

The workflow begins with choosing the machining operation—milling, drilling, reaming, or tapping. Subsequently, users can select a material category from an extensive list or input custom materials via a dropdown menu that incorporates various international material standards.

Further refinement is available through options to specify the cutting style, after which the app presents an initial recommended tool at the top of the results list. Additional tool options are displayed below, allowing users to select from dimensions aligning with their specific requirements. This process results in tailored cutting data tailored to the parameters entered.

The application provides a comprehensive range of customizable options that enable users to fine-tune recommendations for their particular operational circumstances.

Moreover, the tool allows for inputting competitor tooling data to facilitate a side-by-side comparison, including assessments of economic efficiency.
